What happens to my photos if I downgrade?
Your photos are always safe. If you downgrade to a plan with less storage, you'll be asked to manage
your
usage before the change takes effect. We'll never delete your memories without notice.
Does the Professional plan include the Professional Services team?
Yes. Professional plan subscribers get access to Picbox's Professional Services team who can help
with
account setup, gallery migration, and data management from start to finish.
